Russell Solomon Private Coaching

Individualized coaching based on your athletic history, life situation, and goals.  It is all about you with private coaching.  Your needs are the only concern with this program that tailors everything to you needs to help you be your best.  ($60/hour.  Other packages available.)

Russell Solomon Athletic  Running Club

Join a group of runners that want to enjoy the camaraderie as they pursue fun and fitness and competition.  We have beginners and Olympic Trials qualifiers in the AARC.  There is a place for everyone in the club.  ($125 for 12 months)

Russell Solomon Personal Best Triathlete

Created for multi-sport athletes wanting coaching and group support in a fun atmosphere to improve their fitness and racing.  Sprint and long course triathletes alike will benefit from 3 to 4 weekly group workout opportunities with coaches   (3 months for $90.  Other packages available)

Russell Solomon Spring/Mini-Marathon Training

Join us for a 13 week program designed to prepare you for the Mini-Marathon or other spring distance race of your choice.  Quality workouts on Tuesdays and long runs on Saturdays along with group coaching will have you ready to maximize your Mini.  ($60)

Russell Solomon Fall/Marathon Training

An 18 week program to prepare you for the fall marathon of your choice.  Two optional weekly workouts and coaching with the group will help you be at your best on race day.  ($80)

Russell Solomon Corporate & Community Group Training & Public Speaking
